Alchemist in Copenhagen was the scene of one memorable evening. I had the impression that I had entered a different dimension as soon as I went in. A delicate, edible pearl was one of the dishes, and it was served with an ocean simulation that had matching lighting and acoustic elements. The most costly restaurant in the world, Sublimotion in Ibiza, was another noteworthy experience. It’s a 12-seat immersive theater in addition to a restaurant. Holograms, temperature-controlled settings, and various virtual reality experiences are combined with each lesson. I will never forget enjoying a winter-inspired dinner while sitting in a snowfall simulation, complete with snowflakes falling and a cool breeze. The fusion of food and technology was just astounding.

It was fascinating to watch the accuracy of robotic arms put together elaborate delicacies.
